COACHING & MENTORING
We start with a 90-minute initial session, to get things started and identify your intentions, desires, personal wants, and the things that might be holding you back.
During 8 sessions over 3 months, we create a personalised roadmap to your transformation – we challenge any beliefs that keep you stuck, use coaching techniques that support your mindset shifts and look into creating healthy habits that serve YOU for years to come*. Together, we create YOUR wellness routine and help you to make any desired changes around your health and wellbeing.
A closing session at the end of our partnership will support reflecting on your progress and celebrate any changes, shifts, highs and lows. We’ll talk about sustainability and how you can use the new habits and self-coaching tools going forward, in the kitchen or beyond. So useful and fun!
*Each coaching experience is client-centred and fully personalised.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Accountability and encouragement to keep you on track to achieving your set goals and intentions. A mix of coaching and mentoring tailored to YOU. I provide a holistic approach that’s both gentle and challenging, and pushes you to grow and feel healthier. We dive into your mindset, sustainable plan and effective action.
Access via email and short voice messaging system in between the sessions, to help you take it from theory to practice and be there for you in case you need a gentle lift or to answer a quick question.
A 30 min follow-up session, typically within 2-3 months later, is included. We touch base and chat about how you’ve been doing and any routines you find helpful in your everyday life. Continued ‘maintanance’ support after 3 months is also available.
RESOURCES
Helpful resources depending on your needs and progress. These may be stress and time management strategies, meal plans, delicious and nutrients packed recipes to support your individual health needs, self-care and wellness practices to experiment with, journal prompts, nutrition advice and mentoring, etc. The list is a guide only – all coaching sessions are tailored to your individual needs and the resources are always thoughtful and relevant to what’s coming up during your sessions.
