I’m Ags Galland

Helping women in their 40s stop ‘starting over’ and finally feel at home in their bodies—no quick fixes, no overwhelm, just real results that last.

 

As a qualified Nutritional Therapist with an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and an ICF-accredited coach, I specialise in helping women navigate the rollercoaster of perimenopause with clarity, confidence, and a long-term plan. My approach blends nutrition and integrative health with behavioural change to tackle the unique challenges of this stage—think weight shifts, 3 a.m. wake-ups, increasing stress and those rage moments you didn’t see coming.

 

I’m a curious soul, a strong Libra mama, and a firm believer that it’s time to ditch the wellness noise and create a strategy that works for you.
