Nutritional Packages

Coaching Packages

Whole-person approach I adopt is not only about what’s on your plate, but also how to handle life’s chaos. The coaching packages focus on mindset, stress management, and tactical ways to stay healthy-consistent on your terms—even when life gets messy. Wellness Intensive

A single 90 minutes session customised to YOU. Bring one specific wellbeing goal and walk away with clear action steps to make it happen and fit your lifestyle and needs. A perfect change starter session to take back control of your wellness. One-off cost of £195.

The initial consultation is an in-depth session where we explore your health, wellbeing and lifestyle. It’s like an investigation—we’ll connect the dots to understand how various aspects of your health history, wellbeing and routine interact. This will help us to create a specific roadmap for you feeling better, be more in control of your health and getting the goals you want – not just today, but for longevity too.

The free call is a no-pressure chat to understand your needs and help you decide the best next steps. You’ll leave with clarity about which package or service suits you best, but there’s no obligation to sign up.

Both have their advantages. Coaching focuses on mindset, decision-making, motivation, and building resilience but doesn’t include health history reviews or meal plans. Nutrition packages include those elements alongside tailored nutrition advice and meal plans to address any health or digestive issues you might have. The 12-week package includes more coaching sessions, allowing us to dig deeper into mindset shifts and the “why” behind your habits. The 6-week package is great if you’re already quite motivated, need help getting started, or if it’s your first time working with a coach or nutritionist.

My approach integrates personalised nutrition advice with mindset coaching, ensuring we address both the “what” and the “why” of your habits. This dual approach creates lasting transformation, and longer packages give us the time to explore and reinforce these changes so it becomes part of your lifestyle for years to come. Plus, I believe that your preferences, lifestyle and environment are key to making sustainable changes, so I work with you, your boundaries, values and what makes sense for your stage of life. I will never tell you to eat kale or wake up at 4am to “be healthier” (unless this is what you really want ;-).

Personalised nutrition means advice and meal plans tailored specifically to you—your health history, lifestyle, and unique needs. After our initial session, I’ll analyse your diet, look for potential nutrient deficiencies and root causes of issues, and create a protocol that addresses your concerns and supports your goals. I will never give just give you a meal plan and wave good bye— I support you along the way, and help you monitor progress, make adjustment and notice amazing changes you make.

Follow-ups are usually 1 hour, but some clients prefer 30 minutes sessions weekly or biweekly. I like to work flexibly with clients where possible, so we can create a schedule that suits your lifestyle while keeping within the total session time of your package. It’s about adding value to your life, not overwhelm.

The questionnaire is like an investigation, helping us connect the dots between your health history, family background, and current concerns. Lab tests go deeper than standard GP tests, targeting root causes faster. These tests are optional and come at an additional cost, but I’ll always discuss the pros and cons with you so you make informed decisions.

I’m a ICF PCC-certified coach with over 500+ hours of coaching experience, and I’ve mentored other coaches too. I ask you the right questions, helping you uncover answers that work for your life and goals. I’m also a qualified nutritional therapist, registered with BANT, and hold an MSc. Beyond the science, I bring real-life practicality—I’m a mum who’s navigated my own health challenges and knows it’s not as simple as “eat less, move more.” I’ll guide you with science, practicality, empathy, and often some laughter—challenging when needed, and supporting you every step of the way.

Everyone’s different and brings affront goals, so the results are very personal. However, my clients gain more confidence in navigating the confusing world of nutrition, see improvements in their physical or mental symptoms, learn to critically evaluate their health and avoid ‘starting again on Monday’ scenarios or how to  and feel in control of their health. Clients often report improved energy, better digestion, clearer thinking, more joy when cooking and a sense of empowerment in making choices that truly serve them (and are long lasting).

This timeframe lets us track your progress, address challenges as they arise, and dig deep into creating sustainable habits and longevity you want.

Not at all! While I specialize in helping women during perimenopause, because I see how things change after we hit 40 and I want to show you how much you can do to feel in control. However, I also work with those seeking weight management, gut health improvements, mood elevation, have specific nutrient deficiencies to address or want lasting wellness changes, regardless of their life stage.
