Personalised nutrition therapy goes beyond meal plans and macro counting (although we do that too). It’s about addressing the unique needs of your body by understanding how the various systems—like digestion, nervous, or hormonal— interact.

Everything in your body is connected. For example:

  • Gut health affects your mood and energy levels or immunity.
  • Stress levels can disrupt your metabolism and sleep.
  • Hormonal shifts during perimenopause impact weight, sleep, and cravings. 
  • And those can affect mood or ability to focus.

By looking at the big picture together, we investigate the root causes behind your challenges and create a tailored plan that works for you. I support you by taking your health history, doing functional lab testing or providing individualised meal or supplement plans.

It’s about real food and realistic plans, not chasing trends or skinny dreams. I strongly believe that when you understand your body and have a clear plan, change feels possible—and sustainable.

While the 12-week package focuses on building foundational habits and tackling specific challenges, the 6-month Thrive by Design goes further, allowing  to address complex health concerns, track your progress over time, and make intentional, lasting changes in every area of your life- in the kitchen and beyond.

Choose this package if you have longer-term goals, experience hormonal imbalances or gut health issues, stubborn weight gain or perimenopause symptoms. If you’re tired of trying everything but seeing no results and are ready for a full transformation – I’ve got you!

What’s Included:

  • Initial 1-hour consultation: a deep dive into your health history, challenges, and goals to craft a fully personalised long-term plan
  • 12 x follow up sessions: including 1:1 coaching and individualised nutrition advice as needed
