As a qualified nutritionist and PCC-certified coach, I work with those who are ready to break free from the cycle of quick fixes and finally find solutions that stick. Together, we’ll go beyond what you eat to explore why you eat, how you think about your body and lifestyle, and the habits and thoughts that have kept you stuck.

Through my Thrive by Design method and dual apparich of nutrition advice and coaching, we build a personalised roadmap that considers your unique body, lifestyle, and goals.
