How does coaching work?

Not everyone needs a meal plan or health assessment to create meaningful change. Coaching-only packages support you in many areas of life. Some of my clients found worked through things like:

  • Breaking free from perfectionism or self-sabotage in any area of life
  • Letting go of anger by finding strategies that work for you

  • Improving mood by small daily changes and understanding the root cause of some of the mood patterns
  • Learning to handle stress, low confidence, and motivation slumps with ease

There is no cookie cutter coaching plan; everyone is different and we work together on things that matter to you and each session is completely customised to you.

3-months package

If you’re ready to tackle key mindset blocks or specific challenges, this shorter package gives you the structure to make impactful changes in less time. 

Ideal for focused goals like sticking to habits, building confidence, or finding clarity on a specific issue or decision-making.

What’s included:

  • 1 x 90-min kickoff session: deep dive into your desires, goals, challenges, and priorities
  • 5 x 1h coaching sessions: your “me-time”; weekly or biweekly, tailored to your schedule
  • Mindset resources, tools and strategies – tailored to you to keep you growing between sessions
  • Unlimited in-between sessions support via an App or email: for clarity, guidance and accountability 
  • Personalised approach – always! Each session is focused on you and what you bring to the table

INVESTMENT:

£630 or 3x payments of £210

6-months package

If you want to go deeper, this is where transformation is found. This package is ideal if you’re navigating bigger shifts, tackling ingrained habits, or need more time to explore the “why” behind your challenges. The package offers double the sessions which is a good number for those seeking a holistic, life-changing transformation.

  • What’s Included:

    • 1 x 90-min kickoff session: deep dive into your desires, goals, challenges, and priorities
    • 11 x 1h coaching sessions: your “me-time”; weekly or biweekly, tailored to your schedule
    • Unlimited in-between sessions support via an App or email: for clarity, guidance and accountability 
    • Mindset resources, tools and strategies – tailored to you to keep you growing between sessions
    • Personalised approach – always! Each session is focused on you and what you bring to the table
    • Final reflection session: focused on celebrating you and looking ahead

£1260 or 6x payments of £210
