What sex and libido got to do with it burnout and stress?
Maude is a women’s burnout and certified sex, love and relationship coach supporting hard working weary women who are tired of being tired and overwhelmed.
We go a long way back, which takes me to our first busy, fun and stress-free (seemed like) corporate years in London. A few kids, a couple of husbands, inspiring (and not so) jobs, multiple stressors, travels, relocations later.. we’re still connected by similar interests, zest for life, sense of humour and being amazing humans as we are.. 😉
